Upon successful completion of the winder project, Frontline won the tender to complete stage two. This involved the installation of the Colour Coating Kitchen CCK, Broke Screen, Clay handling and the Mainline.

At its peak Frontline had 43 employees on this one project 10hrs/day whilst continuing to service its other customers. Over 120,000 meters of cable was installed with over 10,000 terminations. Three MCCs and two ABB Drive suites, one being 13m in length were installed amongst a multitude of PLC panels and VSDs.
